Refund policy
Returns
Custom Magnets: Defective or wrong items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Novelty Magnets & Frames: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return Instructions: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
- Inspect items upon delivery.
- Request a return within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing your order number and details to shopbetweenhearts@gmail.com. Include photos if applicable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If eligible for return, shipping instructions will be provided.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless if the item was defective or wrong. If using our prepaid label, a $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept product exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order instead.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Custom orders are made specially for each customer. As such, we cannot accept returns due a change of mind, because you no longer need it, etc. If the item is defective or wrong, please follow the Return Instructions above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact shopbetweenhearts@gmail.com.
